Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of UrbanGlowCo., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

UrbanGlowCo. provides custom branded products and related services including but not limited to:

• Custom microfiber towels and premium towels
• Professional spray bottles and foam cannon bottles
• Custom air fresheners (hanging and vent clip styles)
• Branding and design services
• Marketing solutions and consulting

Orders and Pricing

Minimum Order Quantities

All products are subject to minimum order quantities as specified on product pages. We reserve the right to modify minimum order requirements at any time.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts may apply based on order quantity. Final pricing will be confirmed in your order quote.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by UrbanGlowCo.. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved business accounts
• For first-time customers, full payment may be required before production begins
• Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation and account suspension

Production and Delivery

Production Time

Standard production times range from 2-4 weeks depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Production time begins after final artwork approval and payment receipt.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless specified. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Custom Design and Artwork

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or paying for design services. Artwork must meet our specifications for quality and format.

Proof Approval

We will provide digital proofs for customer approval before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made. Customers are responsible for verifying all content including spelling, colors, and placement.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and content provided. Customers agree to indemnify UrbanGlowCo. against any claims arising from use of customer-provided materials.

Quality and Returns

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all products. However, custom products may have minor variations from proofs due to production processes.

Returns and Refunds

Custom products are made to order and generally not returnable. We will replace or refund products that are defective or incorrectly produced due to our error. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Overruns and Underruns

Custom printing may result in overruns or underruns of up to 5% of the ordered quantity. You will be billed for the actual quantity produced.

Limitation of Liability

UrbanGlowCo. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Confidentiality

We will keep customer designs, business information, and order details confidential. We will not reproduce or resell customer designs without explicit permission.

Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier issues, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UrbanGlowCo. operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
